Observation

1a) Licensor observed three laundry detergents on the floor accessible to children, halls cough drops in living room, diclofenac sodium topical gel in living room, 7 cans of paint in hallway closet, pink lotion hand soap and toilet bowl cleaner in unlocked cabinet in licensed bathroom, batteries in kitchen drawers and on outdoor table, and clean smart daily cleaner on outdoor deck accessible to children all labeled keep out of reach of children. 2ab) Closet in hallway with no door and hazards inside were accessible to children, bathroom in hallway and bedroom doors in hallway were unlocked and accessible to children.
